"I was born about 10,000 Years Ago", in 1964 to be precisely. 7 must be my mom's lucky number, because I was born on the 7th of July.

I have two great kids:

Okay, enough bandwith spoiled! A little more about me in a nutshell:

Hometown: The Hague, The Netherlands. Lived there all my life and will probably never move.
favorite artist: Surprise: Elvis Presley. Tom Jones is a good second. Other artists I enjoy: any original Rock'n'Roller, Elton John, Tony Joe White, Eric Clapton. Shortly: only oldies, I hate 99.9 % of today's artists, Michael Bublé excluded :-).
hobbies: PC:
  • webdesign
  • programming: just for fun, fooling around with Delphi. Probably the only product with a little use was my RealJukebox. Recently I made an Elvis Screen Saver, together with Kees.
  • games: at the moment my favorites are Age of Empires, Baldur's Gate, Fifa99, Need for Speed and Magic the Gathering

job: Web-developer for Statistics Netherlands (Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek)
favorite sport: Football (soccer). I used to be a referee, but those aggresive criminals (a.k.a. the players) made me stop. I preferred to stay healthy. My favorite club is H.F.C. ADO Den Haag, only because they are from my hometown.
friends on the net: Loesje, the love of my life, Willem Kaauw, mentioned on my Elvis section often, but must appear here too;
Damode.nl is Daniëlle's (my beloved step daughter) fashion shop, which I pulled together.
